Kindness: Marriage & Couples (“Kindness,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is built around a simple promise: your relationship is yours. This Privacy Policy explains what information the app does and does not handle, and how we keep your experience private.

Kindness is private by design. We do not collect, sell, or share your personal data, and the app is completely free to use.

We designed Kindness to function without collecting personal data. We do not require an account with your real name, and we do not build advertising or marketing profiles about you.

Any pairing information used to connect you with your partner is used solely to enable that connection and to deliver encouragement between the two of you.

Information that is processed is used only to provide core app functionality — such as pairing you with your partner, delivering daily encouragement, and maintaining your shared streak.

We do not use your content to train models, target ads, or share with data brokers.

Where data is stored to make features like pairing and streaks work, it is protected using industry-standard security practices. We limit what is stored to only what is necessary for the app to function.

Your messages and pairing are intended to stay between you and your partner.

You remain in control of your experience. You can unpair from your partner or delete your account at any time from within the app settings.

When you delete your account, associated pairing data is removed.

Kindness is intended for adults in a relationship and is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date below. Significant changes will be communicated within the app.
